(I’d probably still draw my typical flower and rainbow…).
We’ve a big box of sidewalk chalk sitting in the closet right now. But to share with you the facts, we aren’t NEARLY this creative with it. I believe the issue (besides our creativity) is that individuals have a patio stone driveway and exactly the same with our patio in the backyard. So the children take the chalk colours and fill in most the small, rectangular bricks in different colours. Sometimes they venture in to the play house attached with their swing set and they’ll colour the walls inside too (they’re not supposed to, but wow, they really moved fast that first-time before I noticed, and now they know they could escape with it. Little tricksters…)

And the other of our baby sitters let the youngsters colour a several bricks on the house last year. Which was a poor idea. Don’t colour the bricks on your house unless you wish to get a wash brush and figure out how to get all of it off. This has been there for almost annually now, and despite pelting rains and plenty of snow storms it’s as bright as your day it happened. Perhaps I possibly could find a wash brush and scrub it off, but who has enough time for that??
