Can you get a mental block if you have a bare canvas before you? And your children assert, “Draw something! Draw something!” – I usually wind up drawing a rose, or sometimes a range, but I’m stumped. I’m the same way with a huge blank driveway and sidewalk chalk, except it’s so much worse! What are you supposed to draw on a huge blank driveway!? And the other of our baby sitters let the children colour a some of the bricks on our house last year. That has been a bad idea. Don’t colour the bricks on your house unless you intend to get a scrub brush and figure out how to get all of it off. This has been there for almost annually now, and despite having pelting rains and a lot of snow storms it’s as bright as the day it happened. I guess I possibly could find a wash brush and scrub it off, but who has the time for that??
