We’ve a huge box of sidewalk chalk sitting in the closet right now. But to tell you the facts, we aren’t NEARLY this creative with it. I believe the situation (besides our creativity) is that individuals have an outdoor patio stone driveway and the same with our patio in the backyard. So the youngsters take the chalk colours and fill in most the tiny, rectangular bricks in different colours. Sometimes they venture to the play house attached for their swing set and they’ll colour the walls in there too (they’re not supposed to, but wow, they really moved fast that first time before I noticed, and now they know they are able to break free with it. Little tricksters…)

This has been there for pretty much annually now, and despite having pelting rains and a lot of snow storms it’s as bright as the day it happened. Perhaps I could find a polish brush and scrub it off, but who has the full time for that??
