We have a huge box of sidewalk chalk sitting in the closet right now. But to inform you the facts, we aren’t NEARLY this creative with it. I think the issue (besides our creativity) is that people have an outdoor patio stone driveway and the same with your patio in the backyard. So the youngsters take the chalk colours and fill in most the small, rectangular bricks in various colours. Sometimes they venture in to the play house attached to their swing set and they’ll colour the walls in there too (they’re not likely to, but wow, they really moved fast that very first time before I noticed, and now they know they can break free with it. Little tricksters…)

And the other of our baby sitters let the kids colour a several bricks on our house last year. Which was a poor idea. Don’t colour the bricks on your home unless you wish to get a scrub brush and figure out how to obtain all of it off. This has been there for almost per year now, and despite having pelting rains and plenty of snow storms it’s as bright as the day it happened. I guess I could find a polish brush and scrub it off, but who has the time for that??
