We have a huge box of sidewalk chalk sitting in the closet right now. But to inform you the reality, we aren’t NEARLY this creative with it. I believe the issue (besides our creativity) is that individuals have a patio stone driveway and the same with this patio in the backyard. So the children take the chalk colours and fill in most the little, rectangular bricks in different colours. Sometimes they venture into the play house attached for their swing set and they’ll colour the walls in there too (they’re not designed to, but wow, they really moved fast that first time before I noticed, and now they know they are able to get away with it. Little tricksters…)

Don’t colour the bricks on your house unless you wish to get a polish brush and work out how to get everything off. It’s been there for almost annually now, and despite having pelting rains and plenty of snow storms it’s as bright as the afternoon it happened. Perhaps I could find a wash brush and scrub it off, but who has the full time for that??
